Steam Greenlight - Aero's Quest

Forest environments, frost covered trees, and lava bursting in the background. In front of these backgrounds (and probably more than just these three) lie puzzles that you must solve in order to complete a course. Mix platforming with a little bit of thought, and you're face with Aero's Quest. The concept is nothing new: clear a course, save a fair maiden, live happily ever after. But there's a new take on it within this game, one that involves frantic looking action that will enable one to think.
A standard wallpaper for the game, Aero's Quest
The main character Aero is a robot, as such he has special abilities that allow him to make life that much easier. You have to collect power-ups that will assist you in clearing courses. Some range from moving faster, to becoming immortal for ten seconds, all the way to slowing down time around the main robot character. The gameplay itself is executed very well, the levels being a blast even from a watching stand point.

Watching the trailer, the music showcased is "Energy Drink" by Virtual Riot (personal favorite electronic group) so I found myself questioning whether they would be showcasing music from other artists as well. Perhaps Soloweb N.V. Studios was just using the track solely for the trailer, but it strikes curiosity within nonetheless.
Simple in design, considerably grander in gameplay
The quest to rescue Ariella appears to be an entertaining one. Fans of platformers will get something refreshing in Aero's Quest, despite its simple appearance through the trailers. Give the game a look and a vote if you so wish, every bit of feedback would help some.
