There is something captivating about a normal character barreling through regular hardships in a major way. Disorder follows the tale of a boy as he travels through the inner workings of his mind to do a simple task: understand. Currently being developed by Swagabyte Games, Disorder appears to be a promising title that will be sure to tug at your heart strings from beginning to end.
Described as a game with "no happy ending, no uplifting message," Disorder follows the story of a boy who has been deemed insane. In this platformer, you must traverse through a madness filled mind while learning of the main character's past and assisting him in rediscovering everything. During the process of exploring you'll come across bits and pieces of memories that the character will describe shortly, most of the memories dealing with family and the "bonds of brotherhood."
The game resides in a cloud of mystery for the most part; however, I expect this puzzle platformer to make the experience a heart-wrenching one in some shape or form. With a first place win in the Student Multimedia Competition in Captivate Conference, Disorder is shaping up to be a video game worthy enough to be sold through Steam.
